The Berliner Zeitfracht Group is reorganising and broadening the management of its aviation division. After the German Federal Cartel Office has approved that the Berlin company can take over the aviation company Walter (LGW) from the Lufthansa Group, Dominik Wiehage and Elisabeth Jesse join the management board in April 2019.The acquisition of LGW has enabled the aviation division of the Zeitfracht Group to grow considerably and is to be expanded further.
Wiehage becomes new Chief Operating Officer (COO), Jesse new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Wiehage will be responsible for the reorganization and expansion plans of the aviation division. Together with Frank Schulze, CFO of Zeitfracht, he will head LGW.Jesse will mainly focus on the expansion of the wet lease business and close cooperation with airline partners.
The Zeitfracht Group, with its subsidiary WDL Aviation, is currently an ACMI partner to a large number of established European airlines. LGW will fly for Eurowings as a wet lease provider in the longer term.

Wiehage (42) has many years of management experience in the airline industry. His last position was Head of Ground Services at Cologne/Bonn Airport. Before that, he worked as Head of Passenger Services and Station Management for Eurowings for many years.
Jesse (39) was the project manager responsible for the liquidation of airberlin and NIKI Luftfahrt.Before, she was Vice President Customer Experience & Innovation at airberlin and Head of Commercial & Marketing at NIKI Luftfahrt.The business graduate started her career with the Lufthansa Group and between 2010 and 2017 she drove and led the expansion of easyJet in the DACH region.
